Gilberta Discord is a Discord bot used for moderation, staff management, text triggers, activity logging, and admin automation.

What We Store

Server configuration needed for the bot to work.
Staff roles, permissions, and moderation logs.
Trigger definitions and service metadata.
Minimal user and server data required to process commands and events.

To run moderation and automation features.
To preserve staff configuration and audit actions.
To process text commands and text triggers.
To maintain server-specific settings.

Retention

Data is kept only as long as needed for bot functionality and moderation records. Some records may remain until they are manually removed or no longer needed for operation.

Deletion Requests

Users may request deletion of their stored data by contacting the bot owner or the server staff in Discord. Data that is required for moderation history or server operation may be retained where needed.

Security

We use standard access controls on the VPS and database. Data is not used for AI training and is not sold or shared for advertising.

Discord API Data

This bot uses Discord API data only to provide bot features. We do not use Discord data outside the bot’s intended functionality.
